A vibrant and colorful piece of abstract art, “Victory” is painted with high quality acrylic paints on a triple primed canvas and signed by me, David B. Aaron. It is a HUGE painting on a 38” by 72” unstretched canvas that is ready to be stretched on a frame or you can hang like a tapestry.  I began with a base coat of honey yellow across the entire canvas then allowed it to dry overnight. The next day I started the process of layering the burgundy, gray, gloss black, gloss white, and high gloss victory red to create a complex and stunning design. As you can see from the last pic the canvas is so big I have to use a stepladder to get it all in for the overhead shot!  If you have a space that needs to be filled with something magnificent then buy this painting. This original one-of-a-kind artwork is 35" by 62" on unstretched canvas. 

The canvas is painted to the edges so stretch it and hang without a frame or just hang it like a tapestry.

This one-of-a-kind painting is fueled by 90s grunge rock and ready for your wall! I start the music first. "Big Empty" is one of those songs that puts my mind at ease. I fired up the iPod and set it on shuffle STP then went to work. First I cut a quality primed canvas down to 35" by 62". Then I  used a combination of several colors (including a hint of metallic bronze) that are layered and blended and spread to create "Big Empty". The finishing touch is two coats of acrylic sealant that protects and makes the painting SHINE.
This unique piece is perfect for a home, beach condo, office, or business. Details can be seen in the close up view. I use a regular Canon Powershot basic camera and I don't alter the images. I try to show the most realistic representation of it as possible but pictures do not do it justice.

If I painted this then stretched it the shipping cost would be astronomical for a piece this big. Sending it rolled up in a tube for the buyer to mount SAVES YOU MONEY!

This painting is all about Russell Edgington, the Vampire King of Mississippi. Possibly the oldest vampire in existence, he was last seen bound in silver and entombed alive in cement at the hands of Bill Compton and Eric Northman. Russell Edgington was such a powerful and captivating character on the show that I felt he deserved his own work of art. This painting is all about the high gloss red. Under it all there is a mix of gray, tan, and light red for the base colors. On top you have the white followed by layers of high gloss white and high gloss black that is and dripped, splattered, splashed, plopped and dribbled each color in layers to create the signature design. The layers give it an awesome raised texture you can see and feel. If you are wondering about the name, well my wife and I have been on a "True Blood" kick for quite some time now.
